Known as the Ambassador of Smoke in the BBQ world, Colby is anxious to serve the Ludington residents and tourists. "From Southern California, Central Texas and North Carolina, I'm thrilled to bring my culinary journey to Ludington, Michigan." Colby stated. Colby is a dedicated Pitmaster, Chef de Barbecue, and Executive Chef with over a decade of culinary expertise across diverse settings, including restaurants, cafes, smokehouses, breweries, and catering. He demonstrates a passion for culinary innovation and a versatile approach honed under the mentorship of accomplished chefs and pitmasters. Proficient in a wide array of barbecue styles, from brick pits to Texas offsets, and is skilled at infusing global flavors, including influences from theMiddle East, Asia, Europe, and the Pacific Islands.
