Most people know we have a housing crisis in Mason County. What many may not realize, however, is we won’t solve it through large housing projects alone. We need an “army” of local developers who can do smaller projects as well if we are going to solve this problem. There are a number resources available to support the efforts of developers and would-be developers and this workshop will highlight many of them.
