In celebration of America’s 250th (or the semiquincentennial), the Mason County Historical Society wanted to offer a program topic that visitors could really sink their teeth into! Alisa Crawford’s Colonial Cooking program offers a historic look into the recipes used and how ingredients were obtained during the 18th century as America declared independence. Tasting samples is encouraged!
