Chamber Lunch & Learn

Description

This Lunch & Learn session will address EmergeSkilled, a program designed to connect students in the WSESD Career & Technical Education program at West Shore Community College with local employers in "career clusters." CTE areas of study are agriscience, allied health, automotive technology, construction trades, criminal justice, culinary arts, digital media, educator academy, graphic communications, health occupations, IT: networking, mechatronics and welding. 

Event timeline: 

• 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Presenter, Joe Bamberger, will present information on EmergeSkilled and answer any questions employers may have. 
• 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.: Bamberger will assist companies in getting signed up for the program.

Participants may choose to come for the two-hour event, or just drop in at 12:30 p.m. for the sign-up assistance portion. A boxed lunch will be provided.

*If you choose to attend this workshop virtually, there is no cost. The time will be 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for Bamberger's presentation.
