This business education session will demonstrate how the author has prepared for, conducted, and followed up on coaching sessions for the last 25 years. Some trials, and lots of errors, have helped him hone this process into one presentation. After completing this training, his clients have used his coaching guide for many years with remarkable success. 

Author/Presenter Ryan Howe of Summit Business Guides was born and raised in Mason County and has spent 25+ years developing leaders, managers, supervisors, and staff to achieve amazing results. He is a business coach for executive leadership teams, who helps organizations break through day-to-day firefighting and achieve the results they have always thought possible. The organizations Ryan has partnered with have successfully implemented his strategic vision planning in a wide array of business environments from 6-person offices to 600-person organizations with exceptional results. He is also the host of “Leading West Michigan,” a weekly radio program in which local leaders share their leadership journey. It airs live on Saturdays at 8 a.m. on 102.7 WMOM.
