Along with members of the media, the Chamber Alliance of Mason County will host a 2026 Primary Election Candidate Forum at 7 p.m. Monday, June 29, at Waterfront Park. This event will feature contested races for national, state and local positions. Bring a chair to the park to hear from candidates for 32nd District State Senate, 101st State Representative, Ludington City Mayor, and Pere Marquette Township Board. Panel members: Lois Tomaszewski, editor of Ludington Daily News; Rob Alway, editor of Mason County Press; and Steve Ruba, on-air personality at Synergy Media.
