This person should have education, knowledge and experience in many, if not all, of the following areas: local government, collaboration, group facilitation, strategy development and implementation, financial management, grant management, business administration, volunteer management, and small business development.  A bachelor's degree and relevant work experience required.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
