CHAMBER ALLIANCE TO HONOR MASON COUNTY’S BEST AT ANNUAL AWARDS DINNER

Finalists Announced in Four Categories

The Chamber Alliance of Mason County has announced the finalists for its 2026 Annual Awards, recognizing businesses, organizations and individuals whose leadership, innovation and community involvement have made a significant impact across Mason County. Award recipients will be announced during the Annual Awards Dinner on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at The Lake House in Ludington.

The annual awards recognize excellence in four categories: Business of the Year, Small Business of the Year, Community Service and Future Five. Together, the awards honor organizations and professionals who have demonstrated outstanding achievement while contributing to the growth, vitality and quality of life of the Mason County community.

The Annual Awards Dinner serves as the Chamber Alliance's premier recognition event, bringing together business and community leaders to celebrate the accomplishments of this year's finalists and recipients.

Business of the Year Award 

Finalists for 2026 Business of the Year are Jamesport Brewing Company, Metalworks, UACJ Whitehall Industries, and West Michigan Community Mental Health.

This award recognizes a business with more than 20 employees that has demonstrated excellence through leadership, innovation, customer service, and community involvement.

Small Business of the Year Award

Finalists for the 2026 Small Business of the Year are All Occasions Events & Floral, Cluck Bucket, Matthew 6 Construction, and The 10 Spot.

This award recognizes a business with fewer than 20 employees that has demonstrated excellence through leadership, innovation, customer service, and community involvement.

Community Service Award 

Finalists for the 2026 Community Service Award include Lakeshore Children’s Advocacy Center, Ludington Coats & Boots for Kids, and St. Simon’s Bargain Center.

Presented to an individual or organization making a significant volunteer contribution to the community, this award celebrates meaningful, selfless service that uplifts Mason County.

Future Five 

Five rising professionals have been named to the 2026 Class of Future Five and will receive honors for excellence in their respective business fields. The honorees are Emma Claveau, Alison Glossinger, Olivia Lambrix, Trent Pagels, and Cooper Sorvig. 

These standout individuals, ages 21–40, are recognized for their excellence in their respective fields and for actively shaping the growth, prosperity, and quality of life in Mason County through their professional achievements and community involvement.

The 2026 Annual Awards Dinner will take place at 6 p.m. Wednesday, September 16, at The Lake House, overlooking Ludington’s scenic harbor.
