St. John’s Health Care PC has been in business in western Michigan for over 20 years, with a focus on in-home ventilator care of children and adults. We have steadily grown to over 30 clients, ranging from 8 to 24 hours of care per day, and nearly 100 employees. It is not uncommon for us to have provided care for a client and family from the time they left they left the neonatal unit to the present day. Our nurses and other caregivers have a wide variety of experience and training to help meet the challenge of the diverse needs that are presented. In 2008, our agency earned our Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) endorsement and have maintained their standard of excellence and accreditation.
