My passion for finding consistent, globally collaborate means of delivering services, yet flexible for specific client needs brought me to EY’s Global Markets and part of the EY's Transformation Zone. Here I am the Global Methods Leader responsible for teams developing and leveraging our new Exelerator2 method build approach, integration of our service delivery platforms along with other client supporting technologies and managing our knowledge content relative to service delivery methods. I am responsible for development on a global basis across our Practice Domains including:  Advisory, Tax, Transactions, and non-Audit Assurance. Our unique approach to building methods allows “speed to market,” is agile and scalable for global enterprises to middle market client accounts. The teams I lead are all global practitioners and are considered experts in their industry and sectors. In addition, my team includes library architects, method leads, method engineers, and quality control resources. Our resulting service delivery methods help our practitioners deliver globally consistent, and efficient client delivery solutions that are customized for specific needs and scope.
